Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions, ensuring that both the partnership dynamics and individual concerns are addressed effectively.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to assist clients with issues such as alcohol abuse, conflict resolution among family members, grief and loss, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain updated with best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to provide integrated care that addresses both mental and physical health concerns.

• Maintain confidential and accurate documentation of all client interactions in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on diverse client populations, including couples, families, and individuals facing challenges related to emotional well-being and interpersonal relationships. This will encompass various aspects of mental health, including:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
