Sales Design Consultant

The Brand works closely with renowned Designers, Architects or Fashion houses such as Ora Ito, Marcel Wanders, Jean Paul Gaultier, Kenzo Takada or Missoni Home. Roche Bobois offers also one of the largest range of products in the high-end furniture market with the best of new technologies & materials together with fine craftsmanship from small European workshops. The main responsibilities will be: As a Sales & Interior Design consultant, you will be responsible for understanding clients’ needs in order to offer the best service while maximizing sales. Under the supervision of the store manager, you will be the brand ambassador from greeting and presenting the Roche Bobois collections, to closing orders and sales. Your duties will be the following: Location: 8850 Beverly Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90048 Showroom Hours: Monday - Saturday (10:00am - 6:00pm), Sunday (12:00pm - 5:00pm) IT Experience (Plus): CAD, Adobe Photoshop, 20/20, Experience in the Furniture Industry Job Description Welcome and greet customers Learn the Roche Bobois collections and be able to present them to our clients Know and apply Roche Bobois policies and have all key information needed to sell (Quick ship stock references, samples, pricing..) Use our 3D software company tools when for projects Follow up with leads in a professional manner House calls when required Factory Purchases Follow Up Place purchase orders to our factories and be in charge of their follow up Provide updates to clients when needed Customer's Service Coordinate with the customer service department the resolution of potential issues with our customers Be service oriented and follow up with clients regarding their service requests Update the store tagging (Prices, special promotion Marketing store tools when needed Assist in the preparation of the settings of the showroom upon corporate policies and under the supervision of the store manager; Report any store improvement needed to the store manager and assist on its resolution Required Skills Customer service oriented, organized with great communication skills Motivation to work in a sales environment Strong Interest in the furniture business #J-18808-Ljbffr Roche Bobois
