Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses for clients to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, providing support to individuals, couples, and families dealing with a range of mental health concerns.

• Coordinate care effectively, ensuring clients have access to additional resources, community services, and support networks.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records through our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to ethical and confidentiality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Valid and active licensure in California (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient or similar therapeutic environment.

• Proficiency in multiple therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
