Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions through telehealth platforms, employing clinically sound techniques and evidence-based practices to ensure effective treatment.

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans that are aligned with the latest clinical standards and organizational policies.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, to monitor client progress and uphold regulatory compliance.

• Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges while coordinating referrals to appropriate resources.

• Assist in the training and consultation of institutional staff regarding the mental health needs and management of clients, fostering multidisciplinary collaboration.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities to continuously refine therapeutic techniques and stay updated on industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a licensed mental health counselor, you will work primarily with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California, with active compliance to supervision guidelines.

• Two (2) years of relevant experience in providing mental health counseling and crisis management, with a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.
