Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a primary clinician, engaging with clients in both virtual and community settings.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs, identifying symptoms of mental illness and emotional distress.

• Develop, create, and implement individualized care plans that align with each client's unique needs and preferences.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to promoting empowerment and recovery.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless access to additional services and supports for clients, including medical interventions and community resources.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing timely support during emergency situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports to facilitate continuous care.

• Engage in regular meetings with colleagues to discuss case progress and enhance team collaborated efforts aimed at improving client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a Master’s Degree (MSW) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience.
