Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to report on patient progress, identify concerns, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Documenting clinical encounters meticulously, including progress notes, treatment plans, and patient assessments in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

• Engaging with patients in individual and group counseling sessions focused on crisis intervention, emotional support, and behavioral issues.

• Assisting in the creation and implementation of discharge plans that align with ongoing psychosocial assessments and accepted social work practices.

• Fostering relationships with community resource organizations to represent Holistic Recovery Counselling in efforts that address the broader social needs of our patients.

You will be instrumental in guiding patients through intensive therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities that are aligned with their unique recovery paths.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, with a current status as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Active licensure status with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, or in the process of obtaining licensure.
