Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a structured schedule. Regular working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our telehealth facility is equipped with the latest technology to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with colleagues and patients, enabling you to deliver effective therapy sessions and support remotely.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain open communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals to effectively report on patient progress, needs, concerns, and challenges.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of clinical records and progress notes in adherence to department policies.
\n
• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments and socially accepted interventions.

• Provide expert counseling and crisis intervention services to patients, assessing and addressing emotional and behavioral issues to foster positive outcomes.
\n
• Build and maintain professional relationships with community resource leaders, representing Holistic Recovery Counselling at meetings and committees aimed at addressing the social needs of the patient population.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing mental health challenges and substance abuse issues. Our recovery-oriented program tailors services to meet the unique needs of each client, promoting long-term well-being and stability. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required to qualify as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
