You'll work alongside an experienced and award-winning blockchain CMO and former CD of an international marketing group.Reports To:Head of MarketingThe ChallengeThe Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing workflows within the marketing department to ensure seamless project execution. This role involves managing inputs and outputs, enforcing robust briefing processes, keeping projects on track, proactively identifying risks or blockers, and securing timely approvals and updates. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to leverage their content creation expertise and knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency to draft initial creative solutions, such as social media posts, to support the marketing team's campaigns.Workflow Coordination: Streamline and manage all marketing project workflows, ensuring efficient coordination of inputs (e.g., creative briefs, assets, etc) and outputs (e.g., campaigns, content).Briefing Process Management: Enforce comprehensive briefing processes, ensuring all required information (e.g., objectives, target audience, timelines etc) is provided upfront to avoid delays or miscommunication.Project Tracking & Milestones: Monitor project progress, ensure milestones are met, and maintain clear documentation using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com etc).Risk Management: Act as an early warning system by identifying potential delays, blockers, or resource constraints, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.Approvals & Updates: Chase stakeholders for timely approvals, feedback, and updates to maintain project momentum.Creative Contribution: Leverage experience in content creation and knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency to draft initial creative solutions, such as social media posts, campaign concepts, or content ideas, to supplement the marketing team's efforts as required.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, marketing and PR agencies, developers, technical team, strategy teams and operations and other partners to align on project goals and deliverables.Reporting: Provide regular updates to the C-Suite on project status, risks, and outcomes, using data-driven insights to optimize future workflows.Is this you?Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Creative Writing, Business, Project Management, or a related field.5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a marketing or tech environment.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on organization and attention to detail.Understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystems, including key trends, terminology, and audience behaviors.Experience drafting creative marketing content, such as social media posts or campaign concepts, particularly in the blockchain/crypto space.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.Ability to anticipate risks, problem-solve proactively, work under tight deadlines, and a knack for anticipating challenges.Familiarity with marketing KPIs, OKRs and other campaign performance metrics.Hands-on experience working in a scaleup, marketing, tech blockchain or crypto-focused company.Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinker with a passion for blockchain and crypto innovation.Basic knowledge of graphic design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) to support creative workflows.Understanding of social media platforms and their role in crypto marketing (e.g., Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, IG, TikTok, Kaito, CookieDAO).Why Join Us?Be part of a cutting-edge tech company shaping the future of blockchain and cryptocurrency.Work in a dynamic, creative, and collaborative marketing team.Competitive compensation, token packages for all employees, and unlimited PTO and opportunities for growth.Flexible work environment with hybrid/remote options.Be a core member and key player in a young $36M-funded tech scale-up with massive growth potential.
