Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Harmony Fields Counseling, your daily activities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and other proven techniques.

• Assessing the diverse needs of clients through intake interviews and assessments to create personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific situations.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to guide clients in their journey toward personal growth and relational healing.
\n
• Regularly reviewing and updating treatment plans based on the progress and feedback from clients.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client cases, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, and contributing to positive patient outcomes.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide the most comprehensive care possible, discussing client cases in team meetings, and participating in case consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this therapeutic role, you will engage with a wide spectrum of patients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, life transitions, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
