This position is fully remote, allowing you to connect with clients through our comprehensive telehealth platform. At Noble Behavioral Health, we understand the importance of a flexible work-life balance, which is why we maintain normal business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our virtual environment empowers you to deliver critical therapeutic services without the constraints of a physical office.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a thorough understanding of clients’ psychological states.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that recognize their unique challenges and aspirations in overcoming mood disorders.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide clients through their mental health journeys.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them to understand mood disorders and treatment options while promoting self-care practices.
\n
• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to maximize therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care, enhancing overall treatment effectiveness.

• Stay informed on the latest research and evidence-based practices within the field of mood disorders to enhance client treatment and organizational standards.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans to comply with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to uphold and improve clinical skills.

• Actively advocate for clients’ mental health needs, working to reduce the stigma surrounding mood disorders and advocating for a more inclusive understanding of mental health.

You will primarily focus on individuals dealing with mood disorders, providing therapy that is empathetic, supportive, and tailored to their respective needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California is essential for this role.

• Proven experience in utilizing evidence-based approaches, particularly CBT and DBT, to treat mood disorders.

• Strong comprehension of psychopharmacology to engage effectively with psychiatrists and ensure holistic client care.

• A documented history of achieving successful therapeutic outcomes in clients with mood disorders.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships with clients and their families, respecting diverse backgrounds and experiences.
