Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for patients, identifying individual needs and developing cohesive, personalized treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for individuals, couples, and families, including utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy techniques.

• Organize and facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that foster community connections and address prevalent mental health topics.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to enhance comprehensive care and ensure the best outcomes for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, equipped with the training to manage high-stress situations empathetically and efficiently.

• Educate patients about their conditions, potential treatment options, and resources available in the community, empowering them toward informed decision-making.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Actively engage in case consultations, regular team meetings, and continue to participate in ongoing professional development to stay at the forefront of mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse range of patients, addressing mental health conditions including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in Texas as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders, coupled with proficiency in a variety of therapeutic approaches.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate successful interactions with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
