Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with couples and families to identify their specific needs and establish therapy goals.

• Facilitate both group and individual therapy sessions, creating a safe space for open communication and healing.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address various issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and family conflict resolution.

• Collaborate closely with community resources and external professionals to provide holistic care.

• Document client notes and treatment progress in our electronic health records system accurately and in a timely manner.

Additionally, you will lead therapeutic interventions for a range of familial challenges, employing effective strategies to encourage healing and restore relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele, including both adults and children/adolescents. You will specialize in addressing a variety of issues impacting families, such as:

• Interpersonal conflicts, including sibling disputes and parent-child relationship concerns.

• Adjustment challenges related to separation, divorce, or blended family dynamics.

• Emotional and psychological distress resulting from trauma or significant life changes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
