As a Business and design consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our team stay organized, efficient, and productive.

• Provide administrative support to the Business and design consultants, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines, updating project documents, and communicating with clients.
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure the team has everything they need to succeed.
• Assist with marketing and business development tasks, such as creating promotional materials, managing social media accounts, and organizing events.

• Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common office software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
