Location: Appleton, Wisconsin - In office position (5 Day Per Week Required) PRN Healthcare is experiencing exciting growth, and we are looking for driven, high-performing individuals to join our team. What This Role Really Is This is a high-performance, sales driven position built for someone who is competitive, resilient, and motivated by winning. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, know how to build relationships quickly, and are energized by performance based success and uncapped earning potential. We’re looking for recruiters who: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-activity environment. Know how to push through rejection and close deals. Are comfortable having difficult conversations (pay, relocation, counteroffers) Are motivated by performance. What You’ll Do after successful completion of Recruiter Academy : Make 60–100+ outbound calls/day to source and close candidates. Recruit healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, allied, etc.) Manage multiple offers, fall-offs, and competing priorities. Close passive candidates and overcome objections. What We’re Looking For: 1+ years in staffing, recruiting, or sales (agency preferred) OR strong sales background (SDR/BDR/AE) with quota success. Proven ability to hit metrics (calls, placements, revenue) Competitive, money-motivated mindset. Thick skin and strong communication skills. Strong technical skills working in multiple systems daily. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Met daily, weekly, monthly metrics as determined by leadership.
