Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Senior Technical Writer to join our core Product Management vertical. In this execution-driven track, you will take full ownership of authoring and structuring both internal development resources and customer-facing technical documentation for multiple sophisticated mobile security products. Bridging the gap between complex engineering architectures and end-user clarity, you will cross-functionally translate technical payloads into streamlined, task-oriented user guides, API manuals, and comprehensive release notes.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Document Engineering: Research, analyze, test software features, and independently author professional software user guides, configuration blueprints, and timely release notifications.
• SME Cross-Functional Syncs: Interact closely with technical subject matter experts—including core developers, product managers, customer success engineers, and sales engineering teams—to capture software deliverables for general availability releases.
• API Document Architecture: Author clean, structured, and easy-to-read API documentation logs, endpoints tracking templates, and microservices reference architectures.
• Clarity & Optimization: Organize complex technical jargon into highly precise, clear, and concise English prose, ensuring document attributes align with rigorous usability and retrievability standards.
• Agile Project Management: Manage multiple documentation projects and priority queues simultaneously, tracking code drops inside fast-moving Agile software release sprint deadlines.
• Visual Asset Synthesis: Utilize image capture utilities and presentation platforms to compile diagrams and charts that convey abstract software concepts visually.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Technical Communications, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative technical field.
• 5+ years of verified, hands-on professional experience authoring technical software documentation inside an enterprise product company.
• Proven background working as an integrated technical writer inside fast-paced, iterative Agile software development loops .
• Demonstrated experience writing deep production-grade API documentation , payload schemas, and developer manuals.
• Hands-on operational proficiency navigating project management dashboards including Jira and Confluence .
• Strong technical capacity to grasp abstract systems concepts and guarantee absolute accuracy for customer-facing documentation.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Direct domain experience with IT security technologies, endpoint protection, or cryptography protocols.
• Familiarity with mobile operating system kernels and mobile application structures ( iOS and Android tech ecosystems).
• Hands-on experience utilizing structured text editors like Oxygen XML Editor .
• Practical fluency with **Markdown** markup libraries and **Slate HTML** developer documentation frameworks.
