Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, developing comprehensive treatment plans based on their unique needs.
• Provide ongoing consultations to healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care for patients.
• Engage positively with patients from all backgrounds, ensuring compliance with our customer service standards and fostering a supportive healing environment.
• Document evaluations and treatments meticulously in the patient's electronic health record (EHR), ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, expected outcomes, and the rehabilitation process, instilling confidence and empowerment throughout their recovery journey.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary treatment team, referral sources, and physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care.
