Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, assessing their physical limitations, medical history, and personal goals to determine the most effective treatment approach.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices to address patients' specific needs, ensuring a focus on mobility restoration and pain alleviation.
• Administer hands-on therapy for a variety of orthopedic conditions, employing techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including physicians and other therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Possession of a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current active Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada.

• Proven expertise in manual therapy techniques and modalities.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, with WebPT experience considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
