• Effective communication and collaborative skills with teachers, parents, and school staff

Core responsibilities will include:

• Providing targeted, evidence-based interventions for students with dyslexia and other learning differences
• Conducting ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and inform instructional decisions
• Collaborating closely with general education teachers and specialists to tailor and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Maintaining clear records and documentation aligned with state and district requirements
• Participating in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development to stay current with best practices
