This entry-level roleemphasizes organization, professional communication, and delivering a high standard ofclient service. Training and mentorship are provided to help you develop a career in clientaccount management.You will meet with clients, present options, and manage ongoing accounts. Strong performers have a clear path to advance. This is a performance-based position; your results determine your income.What you'll do:Meet face-to-face with business owners and decisionmakersPresent benefit solutions and enroll clientsManage and grow your assigned accountsConduct follow-ups and maintain strong client relationshipsWork a structured Monday–Friday daytime scheduleWho tends to succeed:People with customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales backgroundsCoachable, reliable, and comfortable talking to new peopleSelf-motivated individuals who want uncapped earning potentialThose with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicleWilling to complete state licensing (full training and support provided)Why this role stands out:Monday–Friday schedule (nights and weekends back)Full training and one-on-one mentorshipReal opportunity for advancement based on performanceCompensation:Performance-based with uncapped earning potential + performance bonusesTarget First-Year Range: $45,000 - $90,000+.
