Receptionist/Dispatcher

RECEPTIONIST / DISPATCHER Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Receptionist/Dispatcher to join our client’s team in Ceres, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude. Previous dispatch experience is a plus, but our client is willing to train the right candidate. Position Details Location: Ceres, CA Pay: $22.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Position Type: Temporary-to-Hire Bilingual: Spanish/English is a plus Job Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally Schedule customer appointments Dispatch and coordinate service calls Respond to customer emails Maintain filing systems and general office organization Monitor and order office supplies Provide general administrative support as needed Assist with additional office duties to support daily operations Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and professional Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and office skills Previous dispatch experience is preferred but not required Willingness to learn and be trained on dispatch procedures Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Hire Up Staffing Services
