Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed virtual assessments to identify clients' mental health and substance use issues, tailoring treatment plans to each individual’s needs.

• Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness strategies.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on recovery strategies, coping mechanisms, and personal growth.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins, adjusting treatment approaches as needed to ensure effective outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
