Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client base, providing support to individuals and families who may encounter challenges due to limited access to mental health care. You will engage with clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, all while tailoring your approach to meet their specific circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
