Search Masters in Ohio is seeking an HR Generalist to support two manufacturing facilities. You will lead hourly recruiting and onboarding, support day-to-day HR operations, and serve as a partner to leadership and the workforce. The role includes employee relations, benefits administration, and engagement initiatives.
