Key Responsibilities\n

In your capacity as an LMFT, you will engage in both individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each client. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health histories and current situations to create personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples and families, addressing various issues including communication difficulties, conflicts, and life transitions.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster healing and growth among clients.

• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes diligently in compliance with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals facing challenges such as grief, job stress, and medical issues, to families dealing with conflicts, separation, and the complexities of blended family dynamics. Your expertise will help clients navigate through:

• Physical and psychological abuse recovery.

• Family conflicts, cut-offs, and communication difficulties.

• Transitional challenges in blended and remarried families.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following credentials:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome both newly licensed and experienced LMFTs, preference may be given to candidates who demonstrate:

Compensation and Benefits\n
