Business Analyst

One of the largest automotive companies in the US is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Customer Care team for their finance sector. This individual will be responsible for production support, escalating/resolving vendor support requests and helping with small to medium sized projects. This team is looking for someone who is a team player that is eager to learn and grow within and the company long term.

Required Skills & Experience

1-3 years of experience coming from a similar role
Proficient in MS Office programs
Excellent communication skills

Experience in the finance, automotive, or banking industry
