Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality behavioral therapy through individual, group, and family sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans that align with each client's personal goals.

• Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques, to promote positive behavioral change.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to individuals facing acute psychological distress or emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and statistical data to ensure continuity of care.

• Participate in case reviews, policy development, and training sessions to align therapy practices with the clinic’s objectives.

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues in both oral and written forms to foster collaborative relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with diverse clients experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral issues, including anxiety, depression, and family-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating competence in a variety of therapeutic interventions.

• Strong ability to facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
