High Volume Recruiter

Role Description

• Manages full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, class-based hiring from intake through offer and onboarding coordination.
• Partners with hiring leaders to support workforce planning, including class sizing, hiring timelines, and pipeline targets.
• Builds and maintains forward-looking, class-based pipelines to ensure readiness for upcoming start dates.
• Executes sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS.
• Screens candidates using structured criteria to assess qualifications, class alignment, and start-date availability.
• Coordinates interviews and pre-hire activities, ensuring efficient, high-volume scheduling.
• Tracks pipeline health and proactively identifies risks to class fill, escalating issues with recommended solutions.
• Maintains accurate ATS documentation and compliance with hiring policies.
• Prepares and extends job offers aligned to compensation guidelines and hiring timelines.
• Uses recruiting metrics and dashboards to monitor progress and recommend adjustments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition with high-volume, class-based hiring.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience supporting structured hiring plans or cohort/class hiring models.
• Strong organizational and desk management skills with ability to prioritize workload independently.
• Experience consulting with hiring leaders and providing data-driven recommendations.
• Experience using ATS systems to manage workflows and track activity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Requirements

• Experience with Workday, Eightfold, or similar recruiting platforms.
• Experience leveraging data insights, market intelligence, and talent trends to inform recruiting strategies.
