What You'll Do

• Provide emergency and inpatient obstetric care in a hospital setting
• Manage labor and delivery processes and assist with complications
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Document patient encounters thoroughly using hospital systems
• Support hospital staff during shifts as needed
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and state regulations

What You Need

• Valid Virginia medical license or application in progress
• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN or Family Medicine with OB experience
• Minimum of X years of hospitalist or OB hospitalist experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle high-acuity situations calmly and efficiently
