Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments of clients, exploring their personal histories, current challenges, and any underlying risk factors that need to be addressed.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that focus on both immediate mental health concerns and long-term emotional well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to deliver effective individual and group counseling sessions.

• Support clients through crisis situations by providing crisis intervention and appropriate referrals to ensure they receive the needed higher level of care.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care effectively; this includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health practitioners.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and provide resources to clients and their families, promoting understanding of mental health conditions and available community support.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant documentation of client interactions, treatment interventions, and progress notes, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development to enhance collaboration and enrich service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
