We're looking for a professional who excels at helping customers secure financing while delivering an exceptional buying experience and maintaining the highest standards of compliance. Responsibilities Present finance, lease, warranty, protection, and aftermarket product options to customers. Secure financing through a network of banks, credit unions, and lenders. Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and dealership regulations. Maintain high finance product penetration while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Prepare and process finance contracts accurately and efficiently. Monitor deal funding and ensure timely completion of all paperwork. Partner with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience. Build and maintain strong lender relationships. Maintain excellent CSI while maximizing dealership profitability. Qualifications Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience required. Strong understanding of automotive finance, lender programs, and compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Experience with Dealertrack, RouteOne, and dealership management systems preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
