Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources, enabling personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy to enhance client outcomes.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, establishing clear therapeutic goals and interventional strategies.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care tailored to the needs of each client.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to enrich clients' therapeutic experiences and strengthen community connections.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed, demonstrating agility in high-stress situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards of clinical practice and client confidentiality.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss client cases and treatment approaches, ensuring a high standard of care within the organization.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
