Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will take on various responsibilities that directly contribute to better mental health outcomes for our clients. Your daily tasks will include:

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer personalized counseling sessions to help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, guiding them through coping strategies and actionable plans.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and goals.

• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and evaluate client progress using established tools and feedback methods to inform treatment adjustments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting young adults, typically between the ages of 18 and 30 who are experiencing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and current Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential.
