ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2010 and we're currently a growing team of two with big plans for what's next. Before becoming an agent, I worked with State Farm, which gave me a strong foundation in the business and a clear understanding of what it takes to build a successful agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Derek Leblanc - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2010.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• We have 31 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
