Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services, including assessment, therapy, and case management, to students experiencing symptoms of mental health disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that consider the unique cultural and emotional needs of each client.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and, when necessary, coordinate comprehensive assessments for further understanding of clients' needs.

• Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and parents to promote an integrated approach to student care, ensuring consistent support across various environments.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, including risk assessments and immediate support strategies, to ensure students' safety and well-being.

• Actively engage in team meetings and committees focused on quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

• Provide training and resources to school staff regarding mental health issues and intervention techniques, fostering a supportive school culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be to support students from diverse backgrounds who are facing emotional challenges or mental health disorders. Our clientele includes children from low-income families, students with learning disabilities, and those experiencing trauma. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required; advanced education is preferable.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health or educational setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
