Responsibilities Responsible for developing, managing, and creating the relationship between the organization and suppliers, customers and/or vendors within the organization’s business group’s specific technologies by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals at target companies. Assists with the development and execution of strategy and business development. Responsible for implementing business development initiatives. Provides market intelligence; evaluates, develops, and manages market specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities. Ensures execution to sales growth plans. Drives results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities. Qualifications Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise. Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices. Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions. Works independently, with guidance only in the most complex situations. Identifies applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems. Serves as an expert within own function. Experience with Oracle and Salesforce preferred. Sales experience required; industry experience strongly preferred. This position is a 70/30 split; the compensation posted is an OTE number that includes commission. Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent related experience. EE preferred. Travel 30%-40% U.S. and Canada. Familiarity with Intel preferred. This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (including U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, as well as asylees). Work Arrangement If located in Denver, the candidate will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and 2 days per week from home. If located elsewhere, the candidate will be remote but must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
