\n \nCompany Description
\nKRON Development is an IT company headquartered in Osaka, Japan, building modern software for global clients. As we grow our US client base, we're adding a US-based delivery manager to own client requirements and project success. You'll be the local point of contact in their time zone, working closely with our core engineering team in Japan.
\n \nRole Description
\nYou own the project from the client's side: gather and clarify requirements, translate them into clear specs for our Osaka development team, track progress, and make sure what gets delivered matches what the client expects. You don't write code - you make sure the right thing gets built, on time, and that clients stay confident throughout. This starts as a single project; deliver it successfully and the role becomes an ongoing, long-term engagement.
\n \nWhat you'll do
\n \nCapture and clarify detailed project requirements from US clients
\nTranslate business needs into clear, buildable specifications for the dev team
\nOwn delivery: track progress, manage timelines, surface risks and blockers early
\nServe as the US-based point of contact for US clients (calls, updates, expectation-setting)
\nReview deliverables against requirements before they reach the client
\nCoordinate across time zones between clients and the Osaka team
\n \nQualifications
\n \nUS-based, able to work US business hours
\nProven experience managing software project delivery and client requirements
\nEnough technical literacy to understand C#/.NET, SQL, and API integration work - able to read specs, follow technical discussions, and evaluate whether deliverables meet requirements (hands-on coding not required)
\nExcellent client-facing communication and expectation management
\nStrong organization and attention to detail
\nClear written and spoken English
\nExperience on remote, distributed teams across time zones
\n \nNice to have
\n \nBackground in software development or technical analysis
\nExperience with international clients or Japan-based teams
