Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify their unique needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary team members.

• Monitor and assess progress toward developmental goals, adapting strategies to enhance each child's learning experience.

• Offer valuable emotional and educational support to families, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged in their child's progress.

• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations and guidelines pertaining to child welfare and intervention services.

• Establish and maintain rapport with children, creating a nurturing environment conducive to learning and growth.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance service delivery and stay current with best practices in early intervention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on aiding children aged birth to three years, who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. The LCSW will work closely with families, fostering an understanding of the challenges encountered by their children and empowering them with the skills and resources necessary for success. The role is crucial in not only addressing immediate needs but also in educating families on long-term strategies for developmental support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
