Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements while maintaining the highest standards of care for our clients. Our operational hours run from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, promoting a balanced work-life structure.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments on senior clients to determine their specific care needs and tailor treatment plans effectively.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing emotional concerns, enhancing coping strategies, and managing stress associated with aging.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, a sign-on bonus is available to qualified candidates.
