It’s outbound, structured, and performance-driven. What You’ll Actually Do Prospect daily via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn Identify decision-makers at high-growth companies Book qualified meetings for Account Executives Build and manage your own pipeline of opportunities Track activity in Salesforce and sales engagement tools Hit weekly and monthly activity + meeting targets You will be measured. There is a scoreboard. What Success Looks Like Consistently booking qualified meetings Earning commission above base Becoming eligible for AE promotion in 12–18 months What We’re Looking For 1+ year outbound sales or high-activity role Competitive mindset Resilience and coachability Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred Strong communication and organizational skills College degree preferred but not required.
