Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will engage in a variety of clinical and administrative tasks that play a crucial role in our patients' care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering individual and group psychotherapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to address each client’s unique needs.

• Conducting detailed diagnostic evaluations to assess mental health disorders and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Participating actively in the Quality Improvement program, ensuring the highest standards of care, and documenting patient interactions accurately and promptly.

• Offering crisis intervention services and support to clients in urgent need, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate care protocols.

• Consulting with institutional staff and stakeholders regarding client progress, mental health management, and treatment efficacy, fostering a collaborative approach to care.

• Engaging in regular staff meetings, training programs, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices.

You will be serving a diverse client population, including adolescents and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC, adhering to all state regulations and supervision requirements.

• Two years of professional experience delivering mental health services, including crisis management and therapeutic interventions.
