Job Opportunity

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and experienced nursing professionals for a Night Shift position, working three 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. This role operates on a rotating schedule without a set shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care.
Serve as the Charge Nurse, overseeing daily operations and staff assignments.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Implement advanced fetal monitoring protocols and practices.

Qualifications

Must possess current certifications in NRP, ACLS, and BLS.
Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification must have been completed within the last two years.
A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience is required.
At least 2 years of supervisory or charge nurse experience is mandatory.

Working Conditions

This position does not require on-call duties. The successful candidate will be expected to adapt to a dynamic work environment and effectively lead nursing operations during night shifts.
