Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Executive to welcome customers and visitors, respond to inquiries, and support daily front office activities. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, approachable, and enjoys creating a welcoming experience while assisting with routine administrative and customer service needs. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for front desk inquiries. Provide information about products, services, and company activities. Assist customers with routine questions and requests. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Assist with scheduling appointments and routine office activities. Receive and organize incoming mail, deliveries, and documents. Maintain accurate visitor, customer, and administrative records. Communicate customer questions and feedback to appropriate team members. Support team members with general administrative and customer service tasks. Assist with organizing office materials and supplies. Help ensure customers and visitors receive a positive experience. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
