The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee operational functions within the financial services sector, ensuring efficiency and strategic alignment across the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will lead a small team of fewer than 20 members, driving business development and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of monitoring performance and optimizing organizational processes with minimal travel expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and manage a small team to achieve organizational goals
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in operations management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Expertise in operational strategy and leadership
- Strong project management and risk management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
