Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing flexibility and the opportunity to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes. While you will mostly work independently, you will collaborate regularly with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care and support for our clients. The outpatient office setting is designed to facilitate both in-person and virtual sessions, creating an adaptable environment conducive to client comfort and engagement.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs and guide treatment planning.

• Develop individualized therapy strategies and deliver evidence-based therapeutic techniques to individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Regularly assess progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize client outcomes and recovery pathways.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and seminars to stay current with developments in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Inspired Grace Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Our clientele includes children, adolescents, adults, and families, presenting you with the opportunity to make a significant impact across different age groups and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of experience in clinical counseling settings, preferably with a track record of success in therapeutic interventions.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
