Office Manager

The primary goal of our team is to deliver exceptional client satisfaction. The Office Manager supports this by overseeing the day‑time back‑end operations of the office, including procuring office supplies, facilitating and assisting in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, organizing files, coordinating facilities management, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth workflow by implementing and maintaining administrative systems and procedures. Mutual Respect: Respect yourself, the team, and the client. Role and Responsibilities Handling incoming calls and emails and routing them to the appropriate team member. Maintaining filing systems and document management. Coordinating the purchasing and restocking of all office supplies. Coordinating the purchasing and receiving of equipment that will be installed at client locations. Serving as liaison to customer and vendor billing contacts as necessary. Overseeing office maintenance, repairs, and needs such as cleaning services, physical security, etc. Organizing company events and meetings. Providing administrative support to office staff. Receiving correspondence, complaints, and inquiries and routing them to the appropriate team member. Special projects as assigned. Required Skills And Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Ability to work independently.
