ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2016 and am currently focused on growing the team. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a General Manager at a Toyota dealership. I made the transition into insurance to gain better work-life balance while still building a successful, people-focused business.

Outside of work, I’m a parent to a son and daughter, and we love spending time together snow skiing and heading to the river. Family and balance are important to me, and that carries into how I run my agency.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kevin Ray - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
