Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain insights into clients’ mental health history, current concerns, and resources.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, in your individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and support groups, fostering a safe environment where clients can share and learn from one another.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed, ensuring clients' safety and well-being.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical practice will involve working with a diverse array of clients who seek support for conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and relationship difficulties. This role requires an understanding of unique challenges faced by clients in a detox center, as well as the ability to form trust-based relationships to facilitate effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health, particularly within an outpatient or detox center environment.

• Strong knowledge and application of evidence-based therapeutic practices, with a focus on client-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, plus a bonus structure to recognize your contributions.
