A growing aerospace manufacturing company in Azusa is seeking an experienced Accounting Coordinator to join its team. This is a hands-on accounting role supporting the day-to-day financial activities of a busy manufacturing operation.

The position will have primary responsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, reconciliations, and ERP transactions , while also providing light operational support related to inventory, work orders, and manufacturing documentation.

What You'll Be Doing

Accounting & Finance

• Process vendor invoices and enter transactions into the ERP system.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research invoice discrepancies.
• Assist with vendor payments and maintain accurate vendor records.
• Prepare and process customer invoices.
• Apply customer payments and assist with cash application.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and assist with collection follow-up.
• Help resolve customer billing discrepancies.
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end accounting activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.

ERP & Manufacturing Support

• Enter and maintain accounting and transaction data within the company's ERP/MRP system.
• Support billing and other accounting-related ERP transactions.
• Assist with purchase orders, sales orders, inventory transactions, and job documentation.
• Work closely with purchasing, production, and receiving to ensure accounting information is accurate.
• Assist with creating, tracking, and closing work orders and related production paperwork.
• Support inventory receipts, transfers, and adjustments as needed.
• Assist with shipping/receiving documentation and maintaining accurate manufacturing records.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in an Accounting Clerk, Accounting Coordinator, AP/AR, Billing, or similar accounting support role .
• Previous accounting experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred .
• Hands-on experience with an ERP/MRP system required .
• JobBOSS experience is a plus , but not required.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, reconciliations, and basic accounting principles.
• Comfortable working with purchase orders, invoices, receiving documents, inventory records, and other manufacturing-related documentation.
• Familiarity with inventory control, work orders, or production documentation is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
