Window Covering Installer

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Covering Installer to join our team. This position involves installing a variety of window treatments in residential and commercial settings while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional appearance.

Products installed may include:

· Horizontal blinds

· Vertical blinds

· Honeycomb shades

· Roller shades

· Draperies

· Shutters

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should:

· Have a clean driving record (required)

· Possess basic building or construction experience

· Understand which fasteners to use for various wall and ceiling materials, including brick, steel, wood, and drywall

· Be comfortable using hand tools and cordless drills

· Be bondable

· Present a neat and professional appearance

· Demonstrate reliability and dependability

· Be able to safely work on ladders, including heights exceeding 15 feet

· Have strong attention to detail and keep work areas organized

· Maintain accurate records and documentation

· Interact with customers in a respectful and professional manner

Schedule

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay

$22.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience, with additional bonus opportunities based on team performance.
