Job Summary

We are seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Reception/Concierge professional for a contract/temporary opportunity in Boynton Beach, FL. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys creating a welcoming first impression, helping visitors feel supported, and keeping a busy front office running smoothly.

As a Concierge Specialist, you will support a dynamic healthcare and insurance-focused center where visitors come to ask questions, meet with trusted advisors, and learn about services available to them. You will work closely with sales agents, customer service advocates, clinicians, and center leadership to ensure every visitor is greeted, checked in, directed appropriately, and kept informed throughout their visit.

This is a fast-paced, people-centered environment with a strong team approach. Success in this role comes from strong communication, attention to detail, flexibility, technology confidence, and the ability to remain calm and professional during peak visitor hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet visitors, determine their needs, check them in using computer-based tools, and connect them with the appropriate sales, service, or care team member.
- Provide a positive front-of-house experience by communicating wait times, explaining next steps, offering refreshments, answering general questions, and sharing center information.
- Document visitor information, visit reasons, outcomes, and related activity accurately in real time using computers, laptops, iPads, and web-based tools.
- Answer incoming calls, check voicemail, distribute messages, type email messages, make outbound confirmation calls, and support appointment scheduling.
- Manage calendars in MS Outlook, confirm appointments, identify duplicate or double bookings, and coordinate with supervisors to support proper staffing.
- Assist with clerical and center support duties, including preparing marketing materials, assembling kits, sorting mail, creating shipping labels, stocking supplies, and signing in event or class attendees.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $20.50 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: Boynton Beach, FL.
- Schedule: Shifts are between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST.
- Schedule requirements: Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.
- Shifts may change weekly and are assigned based on business needs.
- Candidates cannot select their shift.
- CST candidates must work EST hours.
- No time off can be granted during training or OEP season.
- Start date: 10/6.
